Who would think that old rusty hinges, dewdrops and a painting combo would add up to
an excitinjg image. Dont you just love those trapped wee leaf inside a dew droplet
on an Agave leaf ? Or the colours of the painting tee up with the rust ?
Believe it or not these images were photographed on a rusty old container !
I was pretty excited to discover that rust would would become a favourite photography
subject and how the flakes of deteriorating paint form mini images and collage like finished pieces
I originhally took these photographs as I thought they may make great absstract paintings but found they looked great by themselves and could start off a whole new direction _ imagine them edited in different ways, switched to seopia, black and white, use as ides for further rust explorations
